Our staff of volunteer ushers are a vital part of our organization and are committed to making every performance a special one for our patrons. Volunteering is a great way to socialize and have fun while providing service, safety, and comfort.
We believe the arts are an essential part of our community and would love to have you join us in our mission!
Qualified applicants are at least 18 years old and have a valid photo ID. No previous usher experience is necessary – we will teach you everything you need to know at our usher orientation. Orientations are held twice per year. Hours are completely flexible – just sign up for the shows you are available. Volunteers earn fun rewards including show tickets, engraved name badges, and recognition plaques displayed in the lobby. Volunteers are also celebrated with two exclusive parties each year featuring food, drinks, raffle prizes, and fun with the entire Pioneer Center team.
